We hereby apply for membership in the User Association on the basis of the applicable Statutes and current Dues Policy. We declare our commitment to actively support the goals and activities of the Association. We expressly consent to the admission process and confirm receipt of the Statutes and the Dues Policy. Withdrawal from the User Association is possible only at the end of a fiscal year, in accordance with § 4 of the Statutes. A notice period of three months must be observed.
