Stefan Engel-Flechsig is an attorney in Bonn with many years of experience at the intersection of law, information technology, and the internet. His work focuses on legal issues relating to information and communication technologies as well as e-invoicing in both national and international contexts. He played a key role in the European standardization of e-invoicing, chaired the legal working group within the EU Multi-Stakeholder Forum, and founded the Forum elektronische Rechnung in Deutschland (FeRD), which he led until 2018. The Franco-German collaboration on e-invoicing was launched on his initiative.

Marcus Hartmann

Marcus Hartmann is a board member of the user and expert association eurofactura and one of the initiators of the ZUGFeRD community. He brings nearly 30 years of experience in the design and development of software solutions for document-based business processes, document management, and archiving to the association’s work. In his main role, the business graduate is Managing Director of OXSEED logistics GmbH, which he founded in 2007 as a provider of on-demand ECM and positioned in the cloud and SaaS sector. His professional focus lies in particular on the implementation of electronic invoicing processes.

Ralf Schweinheim

Ralf Schweinheim holds degrees in law and public finance and runs a mid-sized tax consultancy in Bielefeld. For many years, he has advised companies, freelancers, and private individuals on tax and business matters – with a focus on digital taxation procedures, tax compliance management, e-invoicing, and the automation of tax processes. As a co-initiator of the user association eurofactura, he actively contributes his professional expertise to its development and positioning. His commitment: structured analysis of corporate financial processes and personal, long-term client support.
