Compliance with the statutory requirements under Sections 51, 59, 60 and 61 AO was separately established by the Bielefeld tax office (Finanzamt Bielefeld), tax number 305/5973/1043, by notice dated 21 August 2026 pursuant to Section 60a (1) AO.
The association is therefore entitled to issue donation receipts in accordance with the official template (Section 50 EStDV).
